Black Diamond offers a variety of themed family weekends throughout the year.

Whether it’s a much-needed getaway for your immediate family, or you’re planning a milestone reunion, we are all about families growing together and making memories through exciting outdoor adventures and experiential learning. When they spend time in nature playing and overcoming challenges – they grow closer and learn new things about each other. By infusing the camp experience with Biblical truths, real relationships emerge and adventures become life lessons that provide opportunities for spiritual growth. Camp may end, but the wealth of knowledge they gain can impact their lives and communities forever.
MOTHER & DAUGHTER
Dates: April 26th – 28th, 2019 | Ages: 8 – 18
Take a weekend off from your busy lives and come enjoy an adventure filled weekend at Black Diamond Camps with you and your daughters. Enjoy the fresh spring air while doing an assortment of our adventure activities! This is a perfect time to grow closer together as mother and daughter through intentional time, lively activities, and sitting in on sessions about empowering women and their role/identity with Christ.
Father & Daughter
Dates: March 8th – 10th, 2019 | Ages: 8 – 18
This retreat weekend will be a great opportunity to build upon the father/daughter relationship! Throughout your stay, you will have the opportunity to have one-on-one time with your daughter, action-packed adventure activities with the whole group, and a breakout session with fellow dads. We pray that this will be a turning point in your relationship with your daughter and that you will be able to continue developing that bond upon your return home. You don’t want to miss out on this fun and memorable weekend!
Father & Son
Dates: April 5th – 7th, 2019 | Ages: 8 – 18
Our Father Son retreat is built to provide an intentional weekend for Fathers and Sons to strengthen their bond. Fathers and Sons will have the opportunity to have ample adventure on our activities, while also focusing on their relationship. Our hope is that Fathers and Sons are able to discover what a Godly man is and take it back into their everyday lives. Join us in making memories that last a lifetime.
Fall Family Camp
Dates: September 21st – 23rd, 2018 | Ages: 8 – 18
Come join us for a fall family reunion at Black Diamond! Take time to focus on developing and implementing Christian family values as a family in today’s changing world. We’ll gather together with an intentional focus on building community with each other as families and all full-time Black Diamond staff who live here year round. There will be a family barbecue, get to know you games, family sports, and, of course, Black Diamond’s top notch outdoor adventure activities. Families of all kinds are welcome, and extended family too!
Couples Retreat
Dates: TBD | Ages: 18 & Up
Escape into the wilderness for a relaxing weekend with your spouse. Whether you’ve been married one month or 50 years, this retreat is perfect for you! Take some time to invest in each other and your marriage, reconnecting away from the daily grind that life often brings. We hope you will join us for a weekend full of quality time and unique adventure activities. We pray that this experience will be a turning point in your marriage!

We’re here to have fun, build each other up and encourage others in love! But there are a few behaviors that just won’t fly at Camp Eagle.
Financial Aid
Everyone should have a chance to come to camp. So we offer assistance to campers facing financial, emotional or spiritual hardships.
In Case of Emergency
We want kids to establish their independence. But if there’s a home emergency, contact the camp Director and we’ll arrange a call.

Payment Policy
- Prices are the same for group leaders and campers
- Full payment is preferred at the time of registration
- A payment plan is available as follows:
- Initial Deposit of $100 per person is due at time of registration.
- Second Payment of 50% of your account balance is due 60 days prior to your camp or retreat.
- Final Payment of the remaining account balance is due 7 days prior to opening day of your camp or retreat.
- Please only register for the number of campers you are confident will attend. You can always add more campers later if space is available.
- ALL PAYMENTS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE for reservations abandoned with no advance notice.
- Reservations canceled with advance notice will still require partial payment based on the schedule shown below:
- 2 Months Prior – 50% Cancellation Fee
- 1 Months Prior – 60% Cancellation Fee
- 3 Weeks Prior – 70% Cancellation Fee
- 1 Week Prior – 90% Cancellation Fee
