You tell us what your dreams are for your retreat, and we’ll help you meet them! Customize a program to your group’s specific needs, using Black Diamond staff, facilities and gear however you like. Minimum of 20 guests or maximum of 600 guests.
Amenities
Black Diamond Camps offers a unique experience the whole family will enjoy at each of our locations. Bunk together in our centrally located dorms while enjoying the comfort of your own linens and bedding. We also offer our hotel style accommodations in select buildings.
Rainier Campus

Adventure Upgrades are a way for us to keep the cost of camp low for everyone while also offering extra adventures to those who want them. We offer one package: “Whitewater Rafting Trip“. WHITEWATER RAFTING
It’s like navigating a torrent of liquid adrenaline while being yelled at to paddle harder, faster, this way and that – or else – you’re going swimming involuntarily. Suddenly the reason for the helmets and life jackets becomes crystal clear to you. This couldn’t be more fun!To add this to your camp experience, choose this option during the Sign Up process.

Group Retreats Lodging
Lodging at Black Diamond Camps is flexible, offering hotel-style rooms with private bathrooms, dorm-style rooms with shared bathrooms, RV and camping facilities.
What to Bring

Campers LOVE to get mail! You can leave it with us when you drop off your camper. Or mail it, but just remember to send it a week ahead.

Financial Aid
Everyone should have a chance to come to camp. So we offer assistance to campers facing financial, emotional or spiritual hardships.
Code of Conduct
We’re here to have fun, build each other up and encourage others in love! But there are a few behaviors that just won’t fly at Black Diamond Camps.
Health and Safety
The spiritual, physical, and emotional well being of every camper is our top priority. We’re here to fulfill all their safety and nutritional needs.
In Case of Emergency
We want kids to establish their independence. But if there’s a home emergency, contact the camp Director and we’ll arrange a call.

Payment Policy
- Prices are the same for group leaders and campers
- Full payment is preferred at the time of registration
- Please only register for the number of campers you are confident will attend. You can always add more campers later if space is available.
- ALL PAYMENTS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Reservations canceled with advance notice will still require partial payment as indicated on contract signed by group leader.
